Self replication is interesting, but is is not enough. The essential step is cabability to evolution.
This connects the machines to the environment and differs life from simple replicating machines.

Now I can say that Emergence Phenomena in my Leonardo Structure functional is essential to model Consciousness.
My first principle is P=PQP, Point and paths are eqvivalent and connected by Connectome Q.
Then there is nothing but structure, based on Point and paths and connectomes Q.
L=P+PQP+PQPQP + .... is a structure.
My second principle is L=LQL Structure is a connceted structure by structure connectome.
My Third princible is Structure connectome is independend of Path connectome.

Consciousness is a Structure Connectome.

There is no unique distance or time interval, but there combination in non-Euclidan space (spacetime) is unique and collection of all unique 4-distancies form the reality we cal causal diamonds. Incide causal diamons events are causally connected (and share measurable properties we can observe) and all that is real is inside the network of causal diamonds forms. It is causal lattice structure.This lattice is seen differently by observers who have diffrent orientation to the lattice (for instance different speed in 3d space).
Our life is a form in causal lattice. It is called spacetime line (4d lifeline actually a 4d tube more pricisly a lattice of tubes). It is a 4D form in four dimensional space. This causal lattice have different shape in different 4D non euclidian spaces. The lattice is deformed. The deformation of lattice greates a force we all know. It is the gravity. Garvity and dark energy is connected to causal lattice form. Dark energy is stresching the lattice. Gravity is curving it.
Gravity is tension in causal diamond lattice. Zero tension lattice is flat Minkowsky space. Locally all diamons are flat. This is called Local Tangential Space. Black holes forms disconnected regions in causal lattice in curved spacetime that are appart of each other by infinite 4D interval apparent to external observer outside the black hole. Singularities brake causal diamond topology puncture points in lattice to lines (world tubes, membranes) that ends (have boundary) outside causal lattice.
Do spacetime really exist? It seams that there is also invariant 11 dimesional causal lattice structures in String Theory, maybe more and more spacetimes ass well. So spacetime may be only a projection of some more wider reality. It may be a causal Superdiamond Lattice.

Dynamic structures and there model evolving points, connectomes and Leonardo
I have for a while tried to
understand all by simplest model I think is possible. I repeat some of my principles.
I have few concepts that are related. These are Points, Paths and structures
(Polytopes).
My use of symbols is intentionally simplified. I use P as a synonymy. My points are not in any space in advance. The may have properties. They are not geometric. The may have membership in classification (Index, Database, Manifold, ...).
In addition these three P class I need Adjacency A. It is tool for telling if objects are connected by adjacency). Adjacency can define a connectome where some points belong to connectome by a rule Points in connectome chare a Path or another Polytope.
The I Introduce hypegraphic generating model for everything as sum of all possible partitions (sub sets of points if you will. I define generating functional of all form (that have connected forma or order) by very simple but in principle infinite object. This is my "Lagrangian", but because it is space and theory independent before using constraining rules on differential actions (symmetry) of the model elements, I call it Leonardo.
The short hand notation for Leonardo is L=P+PQP+ P(Q,P), where P is Point, PQP is Path and P(Q,P) is any higher order polytope. Imaging terms like PQPQP, PQPQPQP; .... as portioned sum here in the formula of L.
Now I paint my structures with properties. I have for instance P=P(S), P=P(T), P=P(C) and P=PQP=P(S)Q(C)P(T) and so forth. S define the starting (set), T defines Terminal (set) and C define the connectome Q by connected Points P(C).
The new idea I will write more in my blog (Theory of completely everything) is that I ad for S,T,C free variables that do not yet define the membership in Stare, Terminal or in connectome. These are the seed of evolution I need to make modelling dynamic.
I do replacement P=P(S,s), P=P(T,t) and P=P(C,c) and I add configuration structure for lower case parameters as deltafuntion family (type D(S-s)). This way I generate new points in connectome or new paths or Polytopes. That is I generate new state of Leonardo from the previous one.
As one example think my previous article about holography. I can first make Leonardo for 3D space and parametric it by new points on horizon (by paths from pixel to pixel true voxel). These objects are Points in my Leonardo.
I write also more how this type of Leonardo’s can be used to model brain network ant the action of Filabods to create new connection. Actually I can enrich my Finsler geometric model of brains to become defined on evaluative hyperconnectome.

Holographic princible in flat space tells that quantum phenomena do not in entangled state feel one dimension of distance. The intepritation of this is possibly the phemena we observe are indeed image of events on huge "celastial" ball called event horizon that greates as projection phenome our 3 dimensional space we feel to be real.
Actually the realitity is situated at the cosmic horizon about 30 billion of light years away from us and what we see here is a holgraphic movie. That is every voxel here has double map on oposite sites of the horizon as two pixels. These pixels (in flat space of horizon surface) may cover each voxel cube ( two side of the voxel qube).
And these two pixels far away of each other are entangeled. The entity they form and we se is a voxel that is their quantum image. How then is true that suface*surface is volume when we know for sure that 2*2=4. This is becauce entanglemet uses one of these degrees of freedom and the entanlement distance is zero. That is the univese obey the rule 2*2=3 in dimensionality calculation. The universe coiunt wrong. But the result seems to be true.
What does this mean? This means that we here are tree dimensional image of two pixels very far away from here. All events here are coded on event horizon on pixel connectome (which pixel pairs are entangeled). This is cool that we here as voxel phenomena abey entaglement code of pixels there. This is mind plowing thought.
Where is then our consciousness? If it is here it is an image ot the universe there on event horizon. What we then feel are they virtual events here or there entangel pairs coded on horizon? Where we then are and who we are? Are we the code on the horizon?
Please do not come mad with this idea. It is not proved, yeat. Our place in the universe has changed many time. In holographic model or reality we may be the code on the horizon.
Is our mind here and consiousness there on Horizon.

Toy models from a toy, Gand Unification inspired by a toy

This is
cool. Falling balls keep on going. Rolling and sliding constraints are fulfilled
at the same time. The acting forces are electromagnetic field and gravity
field. By idealising this toy to a model
we see that this mimic a problem of two things experiencing electromagnetism and
gravity at the same time (earth gravity field and electromagnetic field between
the parts). With earth this is a tree
body problem.
Lift the
toy to the space, then the constraint to roll on the table is realised and
earth gravity does not affect to movement. Then the toy mimic two things in electromagnetic
field. The toy becomes a model of atom. The great ball is nucleus and the
smaller cut ball is electron. Both have spin, they are spinning. Electron is
rolling on nucleus with its spin keeping constant value and nucleus is spinning
too.
Electron is
on an orbital around the nucleus. The orbital create one constraint, the
electron slides (without friction) around the nucleus. If we idealise again. We
see that here is spinning disk sliding on rolling ball. Both part have their
spinning axis and they keep their orientation constant. Both are spinning
independently and under one constraint to keep electron on the orbital.
A step to modelling
this toy by Quantum Mechanics is that the spins of the nucleus and the electron
are coupled by nuclear force (spin-spin interaction). Solving Schrödinger equation
for the hydrogen atom with spin interaction we observe result that ground state
of the electron is split (to two states): This means spins are on the same
direction or to opposite direction. This splitting is measured very accurately.
This toy
model is funny and as by diminishing it to atomic scale, we get out of it
atomic model for Hydrogen. Now make the toy bigger. Then gravity turns on
again. This is a model of two spinning stars or system like moon and the earth.
Orbiting around is not frictionless because of tidal forces use a part of
spinning energy of the moon. Moon is travelling of the earth. Earth and moons
spins are locked by gravity. Moon rolls around earth so that its surface keep
on same position and we do not see its rolling once a month. Earth is rolling once
a day (actually the day is the rolling of the earth). For moon and earth magnetic
effects are small and the dominating force is gravity. Now speed up system and
let the upper ball become a black hole with charge (electric field). The Black
hole is spinning disk.
With
charged Black Hole we have a gravity model for the system. Charge behave like a
different mas and there is two event horizons in this type of Black Hole (outer
and inner horizon). Now we have a problem. We have not managed to model the
situation that both balls here are electrically charged. We do not know how
electromagnetic field and gravity field should be put together. In small scale
the solution was to take nuclear field as spin-spin interaction to the model.
This is the same that we had to take the quantum mechanics account.
Rolling
disk sliding on a ball success now at this extreme limit of Black Holes, that
we should take account one additional "gravity spin field" to
account. This may be new force field we do not have a model yet. The Dark Force
at short distance and in strong gravity, may couple the spins of the stars new
way. We do not have a model for this yeat.
This toy is
funny and very inspiring theoretically. Model for atoms follow from it. Maybe
it also can lead us to unite gravity and electromagnetism and if we keep in
mind that nuclear forces can be taken account, we can think this toy is a model
for uniting all physical base theories to new theory, a Grand Unification Toy.
